The Manager has no additional requirements beyond the CRC/VSS, Rowan's Law and Respect in Sport that is requested at the time of Registration.
It is recommended that the Manager also take the HTCP Level 1 Certification to ensure that there is a back-up (which is required to take to the ice in a game).
