The Orillia Hawks will be holding a Special Members Meeting on Monday, July 14th at 7:00 PM at Rotary Place (100 University Ave., Orillia).
This meeting will focus specifically on the President position.
The two candidates for President will each have an opportunity to address the membership before ballot voting begins.
Voting will be open from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Please note: One vote per household.
This meeting has been scheduled to provide the 15 days' notice required under the Association Constitution and Bylaws.
