The Orillia Girls Hockey Association is pleased to once again be offering a 6-week Skills Development Clinic to our players. This clinic will be free of charge for all players, representative and house league, currently registered with the OGHA. We are excited to announce Brady Leavold as the Head Instructor for this year’s clinics. Brady’s playing career spans time in the ECHL and WHL where he played for the Swift Current Broncos and Kelowna Rockets and attended rookie camp with the Tampa Bay Lightning. Brady is also the founder of Puck Support, an organization dedicated to improving mental health and addiction issues in hockey. His on-ice instruction will not only focus on skills and drills but also on understanding of how the game is played and how to act and react to the fast pace of hockey.
The clinic will run on Sunday mornings at the MASK arena in Rama for 6 sessions starting October 2nd and ending on November 13th. There will be no clinic on October 9th (Thanksgiving weekend). Session time will be determined once registration is complete and player groups will be set up based on skill and age. Times will be either 9:00-10:00am or 10:00-11:00am. Please contact Director Pat Hayes at email@example.com with any questions and see the registration link to sign up today.
