Erin Ambrose spoke to the girls Tuesday night after practice about hockey, school, nutrition, and hydration.

Erin plays at Clarkson University NCAA Division I, and has been involved with Canada's women's hockey program since the age of 14.  She has recently been added to the Canada's senior women's development team.

    The Orillia Hawks peewee B squad was tops at the annual Orillia Hawks girls’ hockey tournament earlier this year, earning the trophy as its division’s top team. The team has won the right to compete at provincials in April.
