Paid Positions Available - Scheduler and Communications Manager

This coming season we will return to posting 3 paid positions to assist the club;
1. Scheduler
2. Communications Manager
3. Tournament Director

Scheduler Position
This is a paid position, and will be responsible for the following;
- Scheduling all practices, all games, all referees, all timekeepers
- Ensuring that refs and timekeepers are paid in a timely fashion
- Website is accurate and up-to-date with regards to the schedule
- Rescheduling of games
- Assist tournament director in scheduling the tournament
Communications Manager
This is a paid position, and will be responsible for the following;
- News and updates on the website
- Social Media
- Updates from executive meetings
Tournament Director
This is a paid position and will be responsible for the following;
- Coordinating all efforts for the tournament
- Managing staff and volunteers
- Communicating with local restaurants and hotels
- Many other things besides (this is a LOT of work for a few weeks)
