2021 / 2022 Season Update
Submitted By Executive on Wednesday, July 21, 2021
We have some good some good news regarding the upcoming season.  Tryouts have been given the green light for this year.  We will be updating our members with more information about tryout dates and house league start up once the details have been finalized.

The Hawks Executive has been hard at work planning for the upcoming 2021/2022 season. While Ontario has  progressed through a lengthy reopening process and reached Step 3, full details of what hockey will look like this season are not known yet.

At this time, the OGHA has been planning for what we hope is a more normal season, including games for our competitive (rep) teams as well as our house league teams in the Simcoe Muskoka Girls Hockey League.

There are still some moving parts that need to be finalized before we can move forward, decisions made by the OWHA, Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit and City of Orillia may affect our plans for the season.  Our association will need to remain flexible this season as decisions made by these governing bodies may force us to make adjustments during the season.

Stay tuned for more infomation!
