OWHA Provincial Championships - UPDATE
Submitted By Executive on Saturday, April 6, 2019

The Orillia Hawks are off to a near perfect start at the Provincial Championship tournament this weekend!

The defending Provincial Senior C champs have a perfect record so far with a 4-3 win over Milverton and a dominant 5-2 win over Embro.  The Senior C team hopes to finish the round robin with a third win over Waterloo today.

Our Senior B team is also looking for their third win today after a 4-2 win over Stone Mills and a 2-1 win over Durham.  The Senior B team plays Parkhill this afternoon.

The third team representing our Association is our Midget B team.  These young ladies won their first game with a 2-0 shutout of the Markham-Stouffville Stars before taking on the Temiskaming Shores Puckhounds where they skated to a 1-1 tie.  The Midgets take on West Oxford this afternoon.

Stay tuned for more updates and good luck today ladies, we are very proud of you! Go Hawks!!
