HEADS UP: CONCUSSION IN SPORT A workshop from Sport Orillia
Presented by Dr. Margaret Burghardt, B.Sc., M.D., CCFP


Is your head in the game? Brush up on your concussion knowledge.

Athletes often devote hours of training for their sport - hoping to be prepared for whatever might come their way.

Sometimes though, concussion gets in the way. Learn how to recognize concussion, how NOT to make it worse, and how to promote recovery.

Dr. Margaret Burghardt is a Sports Medicine Specialist who will present up-to-date information about concussion for Athletes, Coaches, Trainers and Parents.
