The Orillia Girls Hockey Association Annual General Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 5th, 2015 7:15-9:15 PM

We encourage all of you to attend these meetings when they occur as it allows you to put forth ideas for your child’s hockey program and to be involved in discussions that may impact you or your child.
There is no obligation to volunteer, we do hope, however, that people will help out to keep the Association running strong. While the Association encourages member participation at any time during the year, the AGM is the official forum where items can be publicly discussed by the membership and the Executive Committee.
Many important issues are discussed at the AGM including the overall program direction for the Association, including financials, operations, and initiatives. Official Association business, such as the election of Executive Members, and amendments to the Constitution also take place.

This meeting is open to all OGHA members. Persons Wishing to Stand for election to the executive must state their intentions in writing to the executive on or before April 21, 2015 [email protected] OGHA is currently accepting nominations for the following Executive positions for the 2015 -2016
Vice President
Secretary
Equipment Director
Tournament Director
Treasurer (appointed)
Persons so nominated will be either present or must submit acceptance if voted in writing
Come out, meet your board, hear what’s happening in your league and give us your input on how the Association is run.
